At My Perfume Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return unopened and unused fragrances within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Secure the Packaging

  Carefully pack the perfume in its original, unopened cellophane wrapping and designer box to ensure it is protected during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
